I was five years old when I first got into contact with music consciously. Seeing a little girl playing the violin, I was struck by the warm, touching and versatile sound of the instrument. Years later, I found a new way to give expression to my passion for music through my voice. Two vocal cords in our body, that’s my instrument. I am my resonance-box; a fascinating thought. The music and lyrics define sound and emotion. I love this life. Discovering wonderful music, lyrics, history, travelling, making music together, meeting many interesting colleagues and the magic of what happens on stage. I cherish this variety and I look for it in my concerts, not limiting myself to one specific musical period. It all boils down to music; expression of human emotion in all its facets. Moving people.
